Caroline Leavitt (b. January 9, 1952, Quincy, Massachusetts) is an American novelist.

She is the author of eight novels:

  • Living Other Lives
  • Into Thin Air

  • Lifelines
  • Meeting Rozzy Halfway.

She lives in Hoboken, New Jersey with the music journalist and author Jeff Tamarkin and their son, Max.
