Carolian Systems International was a firm that made business software for Hewlett-Packard.
In 1988, Dennis Bennie, the firm's Chief Executive Officer, arranged for an initial seed investment of $1.5 million CAD to fund development of what would become the core computerized forms product, PerForm that would launch the software company Delrina.
This firm would be folded into Delrina.
