Carole Francesca was born in Philadelphia, PA, and served as Chairman of the Board of the Licensing Industry Merchandiser's Association (LIMA) from 1999-2002. She is past president of the Women in Licensing Association; past board member of Women in Toys Association; is listed in Who's Who in Finance & Industry and has served on the advisory boards of the Toy Manufacturers of America (TMA) and key industry journals including Aspen Law & Business, Licensing Business Review, and The Licensing Journal. Ms. Francesca was named one of the "Top 100 Most Influential Marketers in Licensing" by License! Magazine. She is a frequent speaker/moderator at key industry conferences, a member of the faculty for LIMA's Certificate of Licensing Studies and "Ask the Experts" programs, and serves as a Mentor for LIMA's Young Executives initiative. She is currently president of Broad Street Licensing Group based in Montclair, New Jersey.
