"The Carole Caplin Treatment offers a unique insight into the working world of Carole. With a band of leading experts, Carole helps six people with very different problems to overcome their difficulties and to embrace a new way of life.

Across the five half hours, Carole works with Sharon – a single mum of two from Manchester who’s struggling to cope with all the demands life throws at her. And she’s had more than her fair share of bad luck: her father and her stepfather died tragically, she’s had breast cancer and she’s now permanently exhausted and not feeling good about herself at all. The road to recovery includes a complete overhaul of her home, what she eats, how she shops, what products she uses in the bathroom, a new exercise routine and, after astonishing results, a new wardrobe. In just a month, it’s been a remarkable journey for Sharon who now has a new job and and very different outlook on life.

Each day, Carole and her team help everyone from a 21 year old student who hates his nose (and there’s a personal revelation from Carole), a woman in her Fifties who’s struggling to cope after a terrible accident on holiday when she was charged by an elephant to a mum of two who’s battling to regain control of her pelvic floor. A city high-flier needs help to regain control of her life and her weight and there’s the young binge drinker with a litany of health problems who needs to get back on track. Carole has just a month to get results and introduce them to a whole new way of life. Can she do it? " taken from www.diverse.tv
