Carol Ryrie Brink

Carol Ryrie Brink (1895-1981) was a United States author. Brink was born in Moscow, Idaho, and graduated from the University of Idaho.
She won the John Newbery Medal in 1936 for her book Caddie Woodlawn, and is also remembered for her 1937 Baby Island.
