Carol Montgomery (born August 24, 1965 in Sechelt, British Columbia) is an athlete from Canada who competes in the triathlon.

Montgomery competed at the first Olympic triathlon at the 2000 Summer Olympics. She did not finish the competition.

Four years later, at the 2004 Summer Olympics, Montgomery did finish with a time of 2:15:25.62 earning her thirty-fifth place.
