Carmen de la Pica Morales is a fictional character on the Showtime television network series The L Word, shown nationally in the United States. She is played by the Texan actress Sarah Shahi. Carmen first appears during the season two episode 2.01:Life, Loss, Leaving.

Carmen was introduced as one of Shane's many one-night stands, she was DJ-ing at this party Shane had been invited to. Carmen hooked up with Shane's roommate Jenny as Shane repeatedly said she had no trouble with it. Eventually Carmen got Shane to commit to her, and introduced her to her family as a "friend." After Carmen's grandmother tried to hook Shane up with a carpet cleaning businessman, Carmen came out to her family.
