Carmel Valley Middle School, CVMS, is located in San Diego, California. The school is in the San Dieguito Union High School District. The school's mascot is the bobcat. The school educates seventh and eigth grades.

This school has been distinguished for its high academic achievement in the years past. The school colors are green and gold. The current principal is Michael Grove, and the assistant principals are Desiree Manuel and Ryan Yee. The school has two counselors, Angie Miranda and Toni Zurcher.

The mission statement of the school is: "To educate our students in a safe and challenging learning environment to become life-long learners who will be resourceful, responsible, and compassionate community members."
