Carman Dominic Licciardello II (born January 19, 1956 in Trenton, New Jersey) is an American contemporary Christian music (CCM) singer. He hosts Time 2 on TBN, and has starred in the movie Carman: The Champion.

Carman was born in New Jersey to an Italian-American family. He started his musical career in clubs, then went to Las Vegas. After seeing an Andrae Crouch concert, he was convinced to dedicate his life and career to the service of Jesus Christ. He later established Carman Ministries, a non-profit organization. In 1990, Billboard Magazine named him "Contemporary Christian Artist of the Year"
