The Carlow Senior Hurling Club Championship is an annual Gaelic Athletic Association club competition between the top Carlow Clubs. The winners of the Carlow Championship winners qualify to represent their county in the Leinster Club Championship and in turn, go on to the All-Ireland Senior Club Hurling Championship. The 2006 hurling champions of Carlow are Mount Leinster Rangers who won their first ever Carlow senior hurling title when they defeated St Mullins by a scoreline of 0-17 to 2-8. Mount Leinster Rangers victory over St Mullins means that they progress to the preliminary round of the Leinster championship against the Dublin hurling champions Craobh Chiaráin.
