Carleton, Nova Scotia

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Coordinates: 44°00′31″N, 65°55′55″W Carleton is a small village located inland in Yarmouth County, Nova Scotia. It is a small, friendly community that is laced with trees and has a cool breeze that drifts off the Carleton River. In Fall and Spring, leaves can be heard rustling, unlike any metropolis where all that can be heard is the rustle of a car's engine. It is a peaceful place with not much noise. Summer brings the fishermen, who can be seen around the middle of the village wading through the Carleton River in hopes of finding a catch. [1]
