Carl Barron is an Australian comedian. His style is based on observational umour. The former roof tiler was born in Longreach, Queensland. Barron has released two DVDs: Live and Whatever Comes Next. In 1993 he was voted Comic of the Year and Best Up and Coming Talent and has since made many TV appearances on shows such as The Footy Show (NRL), The Glass House and Rove Live. He commonly has sell-out shows at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival.
