Carissa Alison O'Meara and Josephine Margaret O'Meara (born 1997 in Havering, London, England) are young British twin actresses best known for sharing the role of Courtney Mitchell in the popular BBC soap opera EastEnders from 1997 to 1999.

Playing Courtney, they have primarily worked with Martine McCutcheon, Ross Kemp, Barbara Windsor, Steve McFadden and Michael Greco.

Their first major story was in 1998 when Courtney's mother Tiffany died. Tiffany was trying to flee Walford with Courtney but Grant snatched Courtney. Tiffany chased them and was hit by a car driven by Frank Butcher. She died as Big Ben struck midnight on New Years Eve.

They were also playing Courtney when Grant fled to Rio de Janeiro with her.
