Carapicuíba is a city in the state of São Paulo in Brazil. It is the most populated municipal cities and one of the smallest in area in the state of São Paulo. The population in 2003 is 363,368, its density is 10,381.94/km² and the area is 35 km².
The suburban city is served by a CPTM railroad line.
