Caraguatay, Paraguay

Caraguatay, Paraguay is a small town located in the Vaporcue region of Paraguay. The livelihood of most citizen's includes farming, fishing, and local trading. The close-knit town thrives on gossip, especially those that concern their citizens who have immigrated to the United States. Prominent citizens include Bernadina Caballera and Sanchito Alvarez, the town mule.
Urban legends are a unique part of Caraguatay's culture. Some include Luison, a werewolf type man. Others include Bombero, a small man who lives in the woods. In order to get past Bombero, you must either be a beautiful woman or come bearing cigars and beer. Additionally, there is Michi Taveray, a small boy who will take children away if they are not asleep during siesta.
