[edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:Mckinney bewildered.jpg)

Warning sign This file may be deleted.

Thanks for uploading Image:Mckinney bewildered.jpg. I notice the 'image' page currently specifies that the image can be used under a fair use license. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. TheGrappler 13:10, 8 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Image:IMG 1750.jpg

This photograph has been nominated for deletion at WP:IFD because it is a copyright violation. It is not true that the copyright of photographs of buildings automatically belongs to the photographer - buildings may be copyright in themselves. Bizarrely, the Eiffel Tower (see article for more information) is copyright at night but not at day! Unfortunately, this means that your photograph of the tower at night isn't suitable for publication on Wikipedia. Sincerely, TheGrappler 13:10, 8 July 2006 (UTC)
