Captain Pogo aka Pate (1984-????) Captain Pogo is a self given nickname to Pate. Pate, is a 21 year old male who lives in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Born in Conway, Arkansas in 1984, Pate grew up living a normal life of a kid living in lower class America. When he turned 12 he moved to Sherwood, Arkansas and the normal fun loving, god fearing kid everyone knew and loved changed. It was at the age of 12 when he attended Jacksonville Middle School where he was introduced to metal, cigarettes, and drugs. The first metal band he ever listened to was Godsmack. After that other bands soon followed including, Korn, Metallica, Staind, Limp Bizkit, Disturbed, Slipknot, and many others. Pate later began drinking at the age of 17.
