Captain Henry Dudley (about 1517 - 1568/1570) was the son of John Sutton, 3rd Baron Dudley.

He married, between 1545-50, a daughter of Christopher Ashton. They are regarded as the most probable parents (from among about seven possible couples) of Captain Roger Dudley. Captain Dudley and his wife Susanna Thorne were the parents of Thomas Dudley, Governor of Massachusetts Bay Colony.
