Capstone Software
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Capstone Software is a Florida based video game subsidiary of IntraCorp. They are well known for releasing games based on movie/TV licenses. Capstone created games such as Corridor 7, William Shatner's Tekwar, Witchaven, Witchaven 2 and many other titles.
Capstone's logo was a picture of a triangle. Underneath was their slogan: "The Pinnacle of Entertainment".
Capstone went bankrupt during 1996 and all operations were shut down. Their last game called Fate was never finished; only a demo version of Fate was released. Most of the games from Capstone used engines developed by other companies, like the Wolfenstein 3D engine and the Build engine (best known for powering 3D Realms' Duke Nukem 3D).
