I have removed a paragraph from an anonymous contributor claiming that Montreal was the busiest city by aircraft movements by comparing Mirabel and Trudeau (and presumably, St. Hubert) combined against Pearson -- the numbers simply don't add up. Pearson and Buttonville alone have significantly more traffic than Trudeau, St-Hubert, and Mirabel combined. David 13:40, 19 November 2005 (UTC)

[edit] 2004 Numbers

I have restored 2004 numbers for passenger movements. 2005 numbers were added by user, 70.81.177.216, in late 2005 (before official number could possibly have become available) and were NOT REFERENCED. These numbers do not match any official documentation that I have seen and do not match projections either. I think it is best not to get ahead of ourselves and not post data from "the future". At least, not without MAKING IT CLEAR THAT THEY ARE ONLY ESTIMATES. I think that these numbers should not be updated before accurate 2005 numbers come available. --Tyson2k 06:34, 24 January 2006 (UTC)

Is there any interest in a further breakdown of aircraft movements? What I am referring to is the difference between itinerant and local movements from the TP577. With them you get:

It's interesting because it distinguishes the GA airports from the major transport airports, but I'm not sure that it will make sense to most readers. David 01:29, 30 April 2006 (UTC)
