Canyon View High School

Canyon View High School was established in 1997 in Cedar City, Utah. Its mascot is the Falcon and its colors are black, silver, and teal. It has approximately 1,000 students. Its current principal is Jennifer Wood and the assistant principal is Kevin Pedersen.
This school belongs to Iron County School District and is a member of Region 9.

The girls basketball team coached by Steve Hodsen won the Region 9 Championship in 2004, 2005, and 2006 and also won the 3A State Championship in 2006.
The softball team won the 3A State Championship in 2006 as well.
Sports include football, baseball, volleyball, soccer, tennis, wrestling, softball, golf, track, cross country, Talons (drillteam), basketball, swimming, and water polo.
