Canción Animal is the seventh album recorded by the Argentine rock band Soda Stereo, released in 1990 (see 1990 in music). It is credited to be the best album by the band. This recording is slightly different from the past ones, but the band's popularity did not wane. On the contrary, it rose to unprecedented levels. The songs featured in this album are the band's most popular, such as their biggest hit "De Música Ligera", the last song played in Soda Stereo's last concert in 1997, "Cae El Sol", "Un Millón De Años Luz", among others.
