"Can You Keep A Secret?" was Utada Hikaru's 8th single released in February 16, 2001. It was the theme song for a Japanese television drama called Hero, Utada made a cameo appearance as well as her acting debut in this drama as a waitress. "Can You Keep A Secret?" sold 1,485,000 copies and hit #1 on the Oricon charts.

The music video for this song included a robot, whom Hikki appeared to be in a relationship with.
