Can I Borrow a Dollar? is the debut album by Chicago rapper Common. The album was entirely produced by Immenslope, Twilite Tone and The Beatnuts.
Following a column in the Unsigned Hype section of The Source in 1991, Common signed with Relativity Records and released the well received single "Take It EZ", with Can I... following shortly after. A remixed version of "Soul By The Pound" was later released as a 12" single.
