The correct title of this article is can'tneverdidnothin'. The initial letter is shown capitalized due to technical restrictions.

can'tneverdidnothin' is Nikka Costa's second release on Virgin Records. The record was released on May 24, 2005. It was originally due to be released on October 5, 2004, but was delayed and the order of songs was changed.

When it was finally released, many of the tracks were changed. Some songs were taken out completely, while others were added. Noticeably missing is the Internet download single "I Don't Think We've Met", which was originally the album's opening track. (On the Japanese release, it became the closer of the album as a Bonus Track.) Nikka chose to release the version made available to the public.
