[edit] Synopsis

Eric, Kelso, and Fez get Hyde a "special present" and celebrate in the basement. Kelso raises conversation about the Russians having a death ray and they are threatening to kill the President. He tries to prove it, calls the White House, and threatens to hurt the President along with telling where he was at. A black Sedan appears outside the Formans' house and the guys start to get suspicious. They sit down and figure it out with another circle in the living room. There is a knock at the door and they decide to answer it. It is a man delivering a vacuum cleaner, but the guys suspect that he is a fed. They take the vacuum cleaner and think there is a bug or wire in it. The guys start to become paranoid and destroy the vacuum.

Kitty seems to not understand the meaning of ice fishing while she is with Red. They decide to warm up each other and talk about their memories. Red gets a bite from the fish and throws Kitty to the floor because he was so excited. Jackie has trouble with the karate instructor, because she feels everybody likes her and nobody would attack her in the first place. Donna talks sense into her by making her think about Hyde. Jackie ends up unloading punches and taking down the instructor. Red apologizes to Kitty on the car ride home.

Meanwhile back at the house, there is a van outside and the guys suspect the feds. At this point, they have had at least 3 circles within a short span of time, and are beginning to get burned out (and more paranoid). They take a trip outside to find it a dog catcher van. The open the van to discover it was actually real dogs, and the dogs take off down the block. Eric realizes that everybody was overreacting, and the guys go along with what he said. Kelso concludes that Hyde's first day without Jackie was not a good start. Donna and Jackie are walking home from the karate class and get chased down by the dogs.
