Campbell Cavasso

Campbell Cavasso, commonly known as Cam Cavasso (born October 14, 1950), is an American businessman and politician from the state of Hawaii. In 2004, he won the Republican Party of Hawaii nomination to challenge incumbent United States Senator Daniel Inouye of the Democratic Party of Hawaii, but was defeated by Inouye in the general election. Prior to his run for federal office, Cavasso was a member of the Hawaii State Legislature and served in the Hawaii State House of Representatives from 1984 to 1990.
