Most of its campers are between ages 10 and 13, and the majority of its staff consists of college students with previous camp experience and graduates from their Counselor-in-Training program. It has one of the highest staff retention rates in the region,[citation needed] and is affiliated with Wyonegonic Camps for Girls.
