Camp Winaukee
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Camp Winaukee is a summer sports camp for boys on Lake Winnipesaukee in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, founded in 1920 by three schoolteachers.
Unique to Winaukee is the existence of two separate camps -- the mainland camp for young boys (ages 7-12), and the island camp for teens (ages 13-15). The mainland camp is directed by Bart Sobel, and the island camp by Jeff "Freedo" Freedman.
