Camp Roger

Camp Roger is a Christian youth camp located in Rockford, Michigan. It was founded in 1912 and a boys choir camp for Saint Mark's Episcopal church in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Originally it was named Camp Anderson after the wealthy donor sho purchased the land. In 1913 his son Roger dies in a car accident and the camp's name was changed in memory of his son. In 1941 it was purchased by a group of buisnessmen from the Christian Reformed Church purchased that camp and established it as a non-denominational camp.
