Cameroon (CMR) has sent athletes to every Summer Olympic Games held since 1964 with the exception of 1976. The country has won four Olympic medals:
Unlike most tropical countries, Cameroon has competed at the Winter Olympic Games. Its only team, which competed in 2002, won no medals.
