Cameron Webber or Cameron Spencer is a fictional character on the American soap opera General Hospital. He is the toddler son of Elizabeth Webber and the deceased Alexander "Zander" Smith, who was born Alexander Lewis. Elizabeth and Zander had a one-night stand while they were getting over other relationships and Elizabeth became pregnant. Elizabeth is raising Cameron with her husband, Lucky Spencer. It is unclear whether Lucky has legally adopted the boy, but he considers Cameron his son. Cameron's first name was given in honor of his paternal grandfather, the deceased Dr. Cameron Lewis.
