[edit] Wikipedia

I have found myself using and citing Wikipedia quite a bit in my business, especially in our company websites. Its a great source of research, employing the minds of so many bright contributors. Maintaining neutrality and fending off promoters is probably the key to the success of Wikipedia.

[edit] YouTube

I recently wrote to Wikipedia regarding YouTube and was glad to see that a policy is evolving that discourages the citation and use of YouTube clips as a reference WP:RS#YouTube. YouTube is a great concept, but because anyone can copy, produce and edit any clip without editorial review, it should not be used as a reference or citation source on WP. That appears to be the WP policy and I support it 100%.
