[edit] Who uses this term in the singular?

Does anyone still use California Court of Appeal in the singular? I've seen it in some older cases and law reviews but it's very rare in current newspaper articles, Web pages, court opinions, etc. Even the official Web site of the California Courts refers to the Courts of Appeal! After all, there were 3 to begin with and now there are 6. If no one objects I'll be moving this article to the correct usage in a few weeks. --Coolcaesar 19:39, 24 June 2006 (UTC)
