Callinicus or Kallinikos (Καλλίνικος in Greek) is a male personal name. Notable persons bearing this name:
- Kallinikos of Heliopolis, an Eastern Roman chemist and inventor of the Greek fire
- Kallinikos, an Exarch of Ravenna (597 - 602 or 603).
- The following martyrs and saints of the Eastern Orthodox Church:
- Kallinikos of Gangra (4th century), who suffered martyrdom at the city of Gangra in Paphlagonia. His memory is celebrated on July 29.
- Kallinikos of Phrygia, who suffered martyrdom during the rule of Roman Emperor Decius together with martyrs Leukios and Thyrsos; the memory of all three is celebrated on December 14.
- Kallinikos, who suffered martyrdom in 218 together with Meletios Stratēlatēs and other christians; their memory is celebrated on May 24.
