State Route 227 is a state highway located in San Luis Obispo County, California, USA. It is currently an alternate route to U.S. Highway 101 in Arroyo Grande, meeting US 101 again in the city of San Luis Obispo. There is also an unconstructed routing from Route 1 south of Oceano to its present terminus in Arroyo Grande.
