California Kickers

The Hollywood Kickers joined the Western Soccer Alliance in 1986. They changed their name to the California Kickers the next season. The team was renamed the California Emperors and joined the American Professional Soccer League in 1990 when the WSL merged with the American Soccer League. After the 1991 season, the team left the league to become an amateur club. The club played in Hollywood, California.
