Caldarola is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Macerata in the Italian region Marche, located about 60 km southwest of Ancona and about 25 km southwest of Macerata. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,789 and an area of 29.1 km².[1]
The municipality of Caldarola contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Croce, Vestignano, Pievefavera, Valcimarra, and Piandebussi.
Caldarola borders the following municipalities: Belforte del Chienti, Camerino, Camporotondo di Fiastrone, Cessapalombo, Pievebovigliana, Serrapetrona.
