Calaveras Valley

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Calaveras Valley is a rift valley east of Milpitas. It is formed as a result of the Calaveras Fault, which creates a geologic instability in the area. The southern end of the Calaveras Valley is a few miles south of Calaveras Reservoir, while the northern end is at Sunol.

See Calaveras Reservoir for more information.
