Cajun Granny Stew is the second episode of Courage the Cowardly Dog. It first aired with the first episode, A Night at the Katz Motel. This is probably the most different episode as it has a more cartoonish feel than most, and has less of a plot. However, it proved popular with viewers, said by some to be the funniest Courage episode.

A Cajun Fox is making Cajun Granny Stew, but he lacks a granny. He finds Muriel in the park and kidnaps her so he can cook her. Most of the episode is Courage and the Fox fighting over her. It resolves when Courage falls into the Fox's hideout, landing on the Fox and knocking him into the bubbling cauldron before he can put Muriel in.

This is the only episode that does not feature Eustace.
Courage talks in this episode more than any others. In the episode after this, The Shadow of Courage, Courage talks nearly as much.
