Caitlin Wachs (born March 15, 1989 in Eugene, Oregon) is an American teen actress who has acted in several films and TV series.
Wachs (pronounced "wax") has been nicknamed Cat and Shimmer. She acted alongside Ally Walker and Robert Davi in Profiler. She played the president's daughter, Rebecca Calloway, on the series Commander in Chief.
Wachs lives in Los Angeles, California with her parents, Allan and Patrice Wachs, and her brother, Whitman Wachs, who was born in 2000.
