Café Cartel

The Café Cartel is a restaurant-chain based in Singapore serving American cuisine, particularly from the New York region. It currently operates ten restaurants across the island, including four in the suburban areas of Bishan, East Coast, Serangoon Gardens, and Tampines.
Some branches have Morning Breakfast menu. The ice water and bread which are served are free. The pay is five dollars an hour.
