User:Caesura
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I have been a Wikipedian under this user name since my very first edit, in November 2004. Before that, I edited anonymously. I frequently patrol Special:Recentchanges and Special:Newpages, and I often participate in Wikipedia administrative procedures such as Wikipedia:Articles for deletion. On occasion I have even been known to write articles, create pictures, and improve existing content.
[edit] Are you here because I reverted or deleted something you wrote?
I do make mistakes, so if you think I reverted or removed something that I shouldn't have, leave a note on my talk page. However, before restoring the text I removed, please be sure that it conforms to Wikipedia policies and guidelines, including those concerning verifiability, what Wikipedia is not, notability, copyrights, spam, and point of view. I generally do not revert people without good reason.

In real life, I am an undergraduate student at Macalester College. I will graduate in 2007 with majors in computer science and mathematics and a minor in music, at which point I hope to begin studying for a master's degree in software engineering. Besides computing, mathematics, and music, my casual, real-life interests range from politics to linguistics to physics. Although my Wikipedia edits probably reflect my interests, I edit an even wider range of articles than my interests might suggest.
As of fall 2006, I am currently occupied with graduate program applications, fellowship applications, undergraduate theses, and coursework. I am in the process of learning Russian.
When referring to me in the third person, you are welcome to refer to me by whatever gender-specific or gender-neutral pronoun you prefer.
