Caesar Silverberg is a character in Konami's role playing game Suikoden III. He is a the main strategist for the Fire Bringer II forces and a student of Apple.

Caesar is the youngest and most inexperienced of the strategists, though already showing the military genius that his family are famous for. Initially appearing to be a lazy and disinterested teenager, he actually possesses a keen and watchful mind and while he never demonstrates the elaborate plans of his predecessors his cunning misdirections and ability to see the situation stripped of emotional attachment serve the flame champion well. Unlike the other strategists he is also well supported by Salome and Apple, great strategists in their own right whose solid experience well counterpoints Caesar’s precocious genius.
