Cady McClain (born Katie McClain on October 13, 1969 in Burbank, California, USA) is an American actress.

She is known for her roles on the soap operas All My Children as Dixie Cooney Chandler Martin Lawson Bodine Martin Martin (1988-1996, 1998-2002, 2005-present) and As the World Turns as Rosanna Cabot Montgomery Sinclair Ryan Montgomery (April 15, 2002-July 29, 2005).
McClain first appeared on screen at the age of 13, opposite Peter O'Toole in My Favorite Year (1982).[1]
She won her first Daytime Emmy in 1990 for "Outstanding Ingenue" on All My Children. In 2004, McClain won a Daytime Emmy Award for her portrayal of Rosanna on As the World Turns. With her departure from As The World Turns, there were largely unfounded rumors of her possibly returning to All My Children until the news broke in mid-December 2005 that Cady had signed a contract to return to the role of Dixie Cooney. Her first airdate was December 23rd. Her character returned to Pine Valley in February 2006.

McClain also paints, writes poetry, blogs, sings and plays Appalachian guitar. Her first all-original CD, blueglitterfish is available through her Web site.[1]
McClain has stated on her official blog that she is in a relationship with ATWT co-star Hunt Block.
She has homes in Westport (since 1992) and Bantam Lake, Connecticut.[1]
