Cable box (outside)

A cable box is either a dark green, light green, or a silver box (found in the frontyard of a house that has cable television service) that connects the house to the cable service. The box can sometimes be found in alleys in apartment buildings, or telephone poles for houses, and was historically used to block or allow premium channels to be part of the customer's service plan.
