Clube Desportivo Santa Clara (IPA: ['klub(ɨ) dɨʃpuɾ'tivu 'sɐ̃tɐ 'klaɾɐ]) is an Portuguese football club in from Ponta Delgada, Azores. To date, it is the only club from the Azores to have competed in first level of the Portuguese Liga but were demoted to the Liga de Honra.

Among its most famous players are Paulo Figueiredo, José Carlos Fernandes Vidigal and Jorge Ribeiro.

Santa Clara is one of the only teams from the Azores area to participate in the Portuguese Liga where players such as Pedro Pauleta and Paulo Figueiredo where the reason for Santa Clara's Comeback into the First Division the Superliga Portuguesa.

Due to the geographic area of the Azores Santa Clara's rivals are CD Nacional and C.S. Marítimo both from Madeira Island where both places where at dispute for entry into the Portuguese football league.

Matches against teams from Madeira prove to be very disastrous with both sets of fans being placed on different parts of the Stadiums with Security very Conjested.

Santa Clara play in the Estádio de São Miguel or The Stadium of Saint Michael in Ponta Delgada the largest city in the Azores.

The club also shares a rivalry with Vizela and with Trofense [citation needed].
