"C'Est Pour Vivre" is Céline Dion's second and last single from the C'est Pour Toi album released in Québec, Canada. It came out in December 1985.

The song was recorded with the choir V'là l'Bon Vent.
A music video was made for the C'est Pour Vivre TV Special, 1985.
"C'Est Pour Vivre" was also released in France at the end of 1985 with "Avec Toi" as B-side but there was no follow-up album. The song was included on 1988 French compilation The Best Of.
