C2 (pronounced "eck die") is a Welsh language music show on BBC Radio Cymru. It broadcasts weeknights from 8pm - 1am.
It broadcasts a mix of popular welsh- and english- language popular music, tending towards rock and pop rock rather than pop music, R'n'B, hip hop or other popular music genres.
It broadcasts an annual nation-wide Battle of the Bands competition, supported by Cymdeithas yr Iaith Gymraeg, with regional rounds broadcast leading up to the final. The competition is open to any welsh-medium popular music performers.
