The C25XE is a General Motors engine. It is a 2498cc (2.5L) 24 valve, DOHC V6 engine producing 125kw (170PS) ^[1][2].

The break down of the engine name ^[3] is as follows:
C - Exhaust Emissions Level: ECE R 83 A (like R 15.04)
25 - 2.5L
X - Compression Ratio - 10.0-11.5:1
E - Mixture System - Injection

The C25XE engine featured in some General Motors vehicles including the Opel Calibra. It was replaced with the X25XE engine in the late 1990's.
